Group Reports:

Miriam V., Midwest Group at Zion Lutheran Church Sunday 7:00 pm

Meeting is going well.  ItÕs open to all who want to attend.  Meeting is open and consists of 20 minutes of participation and a speaker.  Twenty people or more consistently attend.

 

Group is sponsoring the winter games on February 26th with Al-Anon Group, The Family Afterwards.  There will be an Al-Anon and AA speaker after the potluck.

 

Group is working on redrafting the meeting format and starting to give out anniversary chips at meetings.

 

Brent A., Common Solutions, Zion Lutheran Church, Monday 7:30pm

Meeting is a good big book study and doing well.  They plan to carry the pager in April.

 

Ann T., By the Book, Trinity Episcopal, Thursday 6:30 pm

Good attendance.  They have been moving the meeting around in the church, note where the meeting is, itÕs posted by the door.

 

Patrick G., Tues. Baptist Church Meeting, 7:30 pm

Meeting is going well attendance is good.

 

Mark H., Wild Bills, Sunday Mourning 9:30 am

Going well.

 

Jill W., Friday Night WomenÕs meeting

Going well.  Discussing another retreat at Palisades Park.

 

Jerry I., GLBT

Meeting is going well, good attendance.

 

Rick W., Monday Night Tiffin Group

Going well, average 12, trying to donate $100/yr. to Intergroup

 

New Business:

 

Pager:

 

No one is sure who has the pager right now, Jerry I. offered to find it and pass it to Midwest Group for the month of February, N. Liberty Group will have it in March.

 

Nomination Committee Report:

Ann T. and the other member of the committee encourage everyone interested in serving as an intergroup officer to attend the meeting.  After some discussion, Barb. Mc G. asked for nominations from the floor.

Jenny T. is passing around a sign up sheet for 12 step calls.  MenÕs list needs more names, Jerry I. volunteered to contact Brian B. and is if he has the old list online so we can work at updating it, several men at the meeting said they would try to get more men to sign up for 12 step calls.

 

Banquet:

 

Historically the banquet was held the week after MotherÕs day, at MercyÕs social center, catered food, speakers and an auction fundraiser.  The group discussed options, Barb Mc G. ask for a Banquet Committee, Jerry I., Mark H. and Lindsay L. volunteered.  They well report back with possible locations and dates.

  

Old Business:

 

Ann T. has the achieves.

 

Eric J. will pick up the unsold soda at the church if it is still there.
