Old Business:

1. Banquet

a. Mercy is not available in May so it will be moved to September

b. Motion passed that we begin planning banquet for all at the May meeting

2. Uptown Bills will be moving in June

a. Will we be moving with them?

b. Move to 730 S. Dubuque (catty corner from County building)

c. AA will have its own entrance in the back

d. Plenty of parking in the back

e. Will be moving August 1- current location closed last weekend in July

3. Pager

a. Goes from N. Liberty to Sunday AM group

b. Should the pager be switched to a cell phone?

i. This has not been investigated in a while

ii. Rayna looked into it before and found it would cost about $40/month

4. Contacts for intergroup district rep were discussed

a. Intergroup has a limit for two missed meetings in a row before the position is considered open again

b. Officers should send report if they are unable to attend meeting

New Business:

5. Fliers sent to treasurer were perused before so Eric could throw them away

6. Next district meeting is the fourth Sunday of the month at 2:30pm
