Barb has been Webmaster for 4 years and is ready to turn the position over.

 

Co-chair Report:

á      New phone service is set up

á  Kinks are still being worked out

á      Ann, Jenny, and Candice set up a committee for a training on answering the phone

á      Ann will be changing the message on the answering service

á      Ann signed PayTech contract

á  We are done with the pager

 

Group Reports:

á      50-60 people per meeting

á      Group inventory coming up

á      1-2 newcomers each meeting

á      Winter Games coming up February 5th at Our Redeemer Church

Old Business:

1.     New Years Eve party

a.     Clean up went well

b.     Food at potluck was scarce until pizza came

c.     Ann has $54 to give to Eric

d.     People are still getting receipts in to Eric

 

New Business:

1.     Spring Banquet

a.     Committee formed (Ted, Candice, Lindsay, Alison, Jess, Marika, and John)

b.     Committee will meet twice before next meeting and bring ideas for the group to vote on

2.     Idea brought up about Intergroup possible having a newsletter

a.     Discussion about this idea

3.     Everyone should bring 2 new people to the next meeting

4.     Tim is the new district literature person- let him know if you need any literature. He will make bulk orders to save on shipping.
