we have speakers.

Decorations: Reana, Shirley and Jerry I. Be there at 3:30 to 4.

female for AA, and a male for Al-anon.
Reana will ask Shirley and she will ask Eric
if he can find an man to do the Al-anon.
Sound System: Reana will ask Steve.
Clean up: Raena, Rick, Larry and Eric.
Childcare: We
need to ask around and find someone interested.

We have found
groups donÕt have the PO Box # for Intergroup and this hinders sending
donations. Barb Mc. Needs to look into getting Intergroup
address on the district meeting schedule with the phone number.
Old Business:
Raena has reserved the FRL Church for NYE.
We need to visit
meetings and encourage groups to give donations and be involved. We will be short of money before the
NYE party.
